Trimmate Gardening & Landscaping provides residential and commercial lawn care, garden maintenance, landscaping, pressure washing, seasonal cleanups, and related property services.

All services are subject to availability and site inspection when required.

2. Quotes & Estimates

All estimates provided are based on the information available at the time of quoting.

• Final pricing may change if site conditions differ from initial assessment.
• Additional work requested by the client will be quoted separately.
• Quotes are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated.

3. Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• For larger projects, a deposit may be required prior to scheduling.
• Late payments may be subject to additional fees.

We accept cash, e-transfer, and other agreed payment methods.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Clients must provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations.
• Weather-related delays may require rescheduling.
• Missed appointments without notice may be subject to a service fee.

5. Property Access

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing safe and clear access to the work area.
• Securing pets during service visits.
• Informing us of underground utilities, irrigation lines, or hazards.

Trimmate Gardening & Landscaping is not responsible for damage resulting from undisclosed site conditions.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

We strive to deliver high-quality workmanship. If you are not satisfied with a completed service, please contact us within 48 hours so we can address the concern.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Trimmate Gardening & Landscaping shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services or website.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
